Frequently Asked Questions

Do you provide tracking information?

We only send packages via postal or courier services that provide tracking information. When we dispatch your parcel, we send an email to you at the time of dispatch which includes the parcel tracking reference. Shipments sent via Express Courier can be tracked at the courier's site; the relevant URLs are:

DPD - https://www.dpd.com/tracking

DHL - https://www.dhl.co.uk/en/express/tracking.html

All other packages are sent through the UK Post Office and you can track your parcel by going to https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/

You can also use an all-in-one tracking service like https://17track.net where you enter your tracking number and it shows the tracking status across a large number of couriers. This site is particularly useful for international orders, as it will show the status of each leg of the parcel's journey.

Where do you dispatch orders from?

All orders are dispatched from within the U.K. This allows super fast delivery inside the U.K and smooth transit into the whole of Europe or the rest of the world.

Do you offer better deals to repeat customers?

If you are buying larger quantities on a regular basis then yes we can offer you preferential rates. This is assessed on a case by case basis. Please contact us for further details. We also have a discount scheme based on the value of order place in a month. You can find more information here

Do you ship discreetly?

Yes we pack all orders in a discreet fashion with no exterior markings other than your address.

I don't live in the UK, will you deliver to my country?

Yes, we deliver worldwide (apart from Australia) with a range of delivery options. Click here for more information.

When I check out my order, I don't seem to have all the delivery options that you list on your web site. Why is this?

There are two reasons why this may happen: a) Some couriers do not operate in all countries. eg DPD only deliver in Europe and DHL Economy Express isn't available worldwide. b) Some countries have invasive Customs inspection procedures and will stop our parcels simply due to the way that they present (ie white powder in glass vials). In our experience this is less likely to happen for parcels sent via international postal services (ie not courier services), which is why this may be the only option presented. Click here for more information.

I see that you quote an expiry date on the label on the peptide vial. What is this based on?

The expiry date assumes that the peptides are stored in a freezer from the point that you received them.

How long will the peptides last in my freezer?

The peptides will last for at least 48 months when stored in a freezer at a temperature of -20c.

I have reconstituted the peptides, how should I store them?

Once reconstituted, your peptides should be stored in a fridge at a temperature of between 2-8c. Stored in a fridge, the peptides will remain in excellent condition for at least 4 weeks. Click here for further information.

I plan to use the reconstituted peptides over a period longer than 4 weeks, what should I do?

While reconstituted peptides will denature (degrade) if kept refrigerated for longer than 4 weeks, this process happens very gradually. If you plan to use the peptides over a period well in excess of 4 weeks, then it is best to draw up the quantity that you intend to use on each occasion into individual syringes, then freeze these syringes and defrost one on each occasion that you wish to use the peptide. Click here for further information.

Is it OK to freeze and defrost peptides more than once?

Each time peptides go through a defrost and re-freeze cycle they denature slightly, regardless of whether they are in their freeze-dried or reconstituted state. Thus it is best to avoid defrost/re-freeze cycles if you can. Click here for further information.

Where do you get your peptides from?

Our European peptides are produced to order and to the highest specification in a state of the art facility located inside the E.U. The laboratory is regulated by GMP (Good Manufacturing Process) and is ISO 9001 certified. Our USA peptides are produced to order and to the highest specification in a GMP Compliant ISO9001 certified state of the art facility located inside the USA.

What is peptide purity?

Purity of a peptide is determined by the amount of the target peptide by HPLC at 214nm. This is where the peptide bond absorbs. Residual salts and water will not be detected by UV Spectrophotometer. Impurities that are usually found after peptide synthesis may consist of deletion sequences, truncated sequences and deprotected sequences.

Why don't the vials that I've received don't look the same as the images on your web site?

In common with very many other sites selling peptides, we use computer generated images on our web site. This is because actual photographs do not work well, perhaps due to the small size of the vials. Also, the labels that we use on our actual products are metabolised polyester - we use this material as it is very robust and so deals well with the conditions in the freezer and any condensation that may occur. The web site images depict white labels, which wouldn't be robust enough. Finally, the colour of the caps on the vials will not match the web site images, as we use various cap colours to help differentiate the peptides during production, shipping and labelling.
